Shirin Salis is the Vice president of Human Resources at Trane Technologies, India formerly known as Ingersoll-Rand. Her astute leadership has helped organizations implement impactful people and leadership development practices leading to improved business results. Prior to Trane, Shirin held positions at Agilent Technologies and GE. In her roles, Shirin has particularly focused on areas of strategic HR, leadership development, organization capability building, culture enhancement, diversity & inclusion practices, performance management, employee engagement and several other innovative people practices.
