Shirin Salis is the Vice president of Human Resources at Trane Technologies, India formerly known as Ingersoll-Rand. She led the organization to win accolades like India's 100 Best Companies to Work For and India’s Best 25 workplaces for women - a strong reflection of a high-trust, high-performance culture. Shirin has over two decades of rich experience spanning across reputed organizations. Her astute leadership has helped organizations implement impactful people and leadership development practices leading to improved business results. Prior to Trane, Shirin held positions at Agilent Technologies and GE. In her roles, Shirin has particularly focused on areas of strategic HR, leadership development, organization capability building, culture enhancement, diversity & inclusion practices, performance management, employee engagement and several other innovative people practices.



Shirin has several recognitions to her credit “Woman Super Achiever” and 100 Most Influential Global HR professionals for two consecutive years.
