Yi Leadership Academy is committed to upholding the founding principles, values and instilling the same in Yi membership and our future leadership through Yi Leaders Fellowship Program. The program is designed to equip Yi leaders with frameworks and tools to increase their chances of success at higher echelons of the organization, by deepening knowledge, broadening perspectives and enhancing their capacity to understand Yi.

Yi LA Conclave for Chapter EC Members is a unique program designed to bring together all the chapter Executive Committee members on a single platform. This program is designed to share the Core Values, Mission & Vision of Yi, Strategic Objectives and Goals of each project, and also enable the exchange of ideas amongst the EC members.
