1) Who can attend Take Pride 2023?

The biggest Yi Utsav Take Pride 2023 is exclusively for current Yi Members, Yi Members Spouse and Yi Next Members

2) Can my spouse also register (even if they are not a Yi Member)?

Yes, spouses of Yi Members are most welcome and can register

3)What's in it for me at Take Pride?

4) Can I pay on the spot or in cash?

No spot registrations or cash payments accepted. Online Pre registration is mandatory

5) Is the hotel tariff included in the delegate registration fee?

Delegate fees and hotel tariffs are different. The delegate fees is all inclusive of expenses and activities for the two days of Take Pride 2023. You may book your stay at the fabulous Hotel Fairmont by clicking the "Accommodations and Reservations" tab

6) Can I get a GST Invoice against the payments?

Yes, invoices will be issued to you. Please ensure you fill in all necessary company details during registration

7) I registered but didn't receive a confirmation mail / I tried to register but my payment didn't go through. What do I do now?

Capt. Raman’s unique career profile has enabled him to learn, practice and teach first principles of organisational dynamics, strategy, transformations and the mindset shift that is needed to lead in a complex and ever-changing world.

He has operated in distinctively different environments of leadership. The authoritarian style within the Armed Forces, an incentive driven style predominant in corporates such as Mahindra and Reliance Industries and the procedure-driven, bureaucratic style in the government. He has founded and led companies as well as complex global JVs. He has also raised a new hybrid organisation within the Government – which had personnel from the government and private sector working together, towards a common mission.

Capt. Raman’s intense exposure of working in large enterprises means he understands what it takes to bring about transformations. His concepts, writings and sessions on the subjects of leadership, strategy and entrepreneurship are sought after to trigger thought leadership and influence doctrine shaping. He has been a strategic advisor to both national and global level leaders.

Vipul is the Co-Founder and CMO of BigBasket and leads the marketing and finance functions of the firm. Bigbasket is Vipul’s third entrepreneurial venture. As a seasoned senior executive with considerable experience in the IT, retail, e-commerce and internet space, he has worked to build distribution channels, lead marketing, product management and merchandising efforts across the various businesses he’s been involved in.

Prior to BigBasket Vipul was Investment Director at Peepul Capital Advisors, a growth stage private equity Firm and was responsible for making new investments and managing them. Prior to that Vipul Cofounded Fabmall (a physical retail business in grocery acquired by the Aditya Birla group) and before that Fabmart.com, one of India’s first ecommerce businesses.

Vipul has worked with Wipro Ltd as part of the Vice-Chairman’s office looking after new business development in his corporate career.

Vipul received a postgraduate degree in Management and Marketing from the Indian Institute of Management, Bangalore and is a Distinguished Alumnus of the institute.

An IIT-Delhi alumnus, Mr Anurag Jain is the Co-Founder and Chief Operating Officer of CarDekho Group. He started his entrepreneurial journey in 2007 when he co-founded Girnarsoft, a technology company with his brother Mr Amit Jain. Mr Anurag, along with his brother, started CarDekho in 2008 as an online automobile portal to help new vehicle buyers choose the right product. But since then, CarDekho has evolved into a $1.2 billion Unicorn that has verticals such as InsuranceDekho (Insuretech), Rupyy (Fintech), used car business, auto content portals, and more.

Mr Anurag Jain has been instrumental in the growth of the CarDekho group and possesses a keen knack for solving business problems through efficient processes, models and then backing them up with technology. He comes with a strong hold on strategy, analytics and product–tech innovations, all of which have helped CarDekho Group reach new heights.

Sudhir is Founder & Chairman of Chiratae Ventures India Advisors. Chiratae Ventures is a leading VC firm advising AUM of $ 1B, invested in 100 plus companies, exited 39 plus, has taken 3 companies public, funded 8 Unicorns, and backed 11 market leaders. The firm is based out of Bangalore with offices in Mumbai and Delhi.
Since 1998, Sudhir and his team have advised on investments into 125+ firms across Deep Tech, Agri Tech, Digital Consumer, SAAS, Fintech and Healthcare Sectors. Key investments include Myntra, Flipkart, FirstCry, Lenskart, PolicyBazaar, Curefit, Agrostar, Emotix, Uniphore and PlaySimple amongst others.
Today Chiratae Ventures is a leading tech VC in India with Mr. Ratan Tata, Mr. Kris Gopalakrishnan, Mr. Bruno Raschle and Mr. Manish Choksi as well as Dr. Ferzaan Engineer on its Global Advisory Board and India Advisory Board.
Sudhir, today serves on the EC of NASSCOM and is part of the Advisory Group on Tech and Internet Economy, Ministry of State (Meity), Government of India.
In 2001, Sudhir was recognized by Red Herring as one of the leading venture capitalists in the country. He has been named among the Top Ten IT Professionals by Dataquest and by Bloomberg UTV as ‘’Visionary Venture Capitalist” in 2011. Sudhir has been featured in Subroto Bagchi’s book ‘’Zen Garden – Conversations with Pathmakers’’, in 2014.
In addition to leading Chiratae Ventures India Advisors, Sudhir has served on EMPEA Venture Capital Council (Emerging Markets Private Equity Association). He has served as Advisor on the Technology Innovation and Productivity Council of the GMR Group. He also served on the Executive Committee of Indian Venture Capital Association (IVCA), Investment Committee of UTI Ventures, on the Board of Ascent Capital and on the Board of Advisors at N.S. Raghavan Centre for Entrepreneurship, IIM Bangalore. With over 30 years of experience, Sudhir has served at various leadership positions at HCL, Wipro and Cyient, as well as Country Head of Walden International India.
Sudhir holds a B.Tech in Engineering and an MBA Degree from FMS, Delhi. His interests include wildlife photography and he is a collector of old locks.
